After months of surgeries (7 since October 2009) I finally returned to duty as the float pilot for the 2010 Bartlett, Illinois 3rd of July Parade. This was our Largest and 7th appearance at this event. The Midwest Garrison is so beloved by the denizens of Bartlett that they moved us up to the 3rd slot in the parade.

The very next morning we made the trip to West Peoria, Illinois and with some of the same folks from the Bartlett Parade we made a great showing for the people of Peoria. Afterwards we dined at "Old Chicago" being joined by Belinda Berry and Kent Heath who could not make it to the parade. Here are the photos from that event taken by Ashley McClintock.
